(ADPnews) - Feb 15, 2010 - S&P on Monday underscored the upside rating potential by changing to "positive" from "stable" its outlook on UK nonlife insurer Provident Insurance Plc as its US parent, GMAC, plans to sell the company.
The agency also affirmed the BB+ ratings on the insurer.
